Hair Dye Causes New Problems. We’ll Fix the Original One.
Hair dye works. That's not the debate. The debate is what it costs you: the box every few weeks, the smell, the roots that give it away, the hairline that starts looking painted instead of real. You fixed the gray and created new problems.
Particle Anti-Gray Serum works differently. It targets the root cause of graying — restoring pigment gradually, naturally, without dye. Hair and beard. Results that look like yours, not like a product. Five seconds a day. Thirty-day money-back guarantee if you don't see a difference.
Over a million men trust Particle. This is the product that earns that number. Get 20% off and free shipping now with the exclusive promo code BH20.
Let’s Talk About Your Pickleball Game…
💥 Stop Hitting Winners — Start Forcing Errors
Everyone wants to hit winners in pickleball…
But the smartest players know this:
➡️ You win more by forcing errors, not hitting highlight shots.
At most levels, 70–80% of points are lost, not won.
That means your job isn’t to be flashy — it’s to be consistent, smart, and apply pressure.
🎯 Be a Wall at the Kitchen
You don’t need to hit hard to win points.
You need to:
• Stay balanced
• Control your paddle face
• Keep your dinks unattackable
Give your opponent nothing to work with.
They get impatient… they pop it up… then you attack.
👀 Make Them Move
Most players want to hit from a comfortable position.
Take that away.
• Dink wide to pull them off the court
• Attack off the bounce to catch them off balance
• Hit into the body to jam them
A well-placed, controlled shot beats a full-speed miss every time.
🤔 Think One Shot Ahead
Stop asking, “How do I win this point?”
Start asking:
• “What will their next shot be?”
• “Am I putting them in a good or bad position?”
Control the rally — don’t rush it.
💪 Drill It: The Unforced Error Challenge
Try this in your next session:
• No winners allowed
• Only dinks, resets, and neutral balls
• See how many points your opponent gives you
You’ll be shocked how effective this is.
The Bottom Line
You don’t need more winners.
You need fewer mistakes.
Stay calm. Stay consistent. Apply pressure.
And let your opponent lose the point.

👟 Drill of the Week: 3 Step Backhand Volley Progression
🚨 Turn Defense Into Offense: The Pop-Up Survival Guide
Let’s be honest…
You’re going to pop balls up.
You’re going to get jammed.
You’re going to get pulled out wide.
You’re going to be in trouble.
That’s pickleball.
What separates great players from average players isn’t avoiding trouble…
➡️ It’s how often they turn defense into offense
🏃 Move Back for Time
If you pop the ball up at the kitchen:
➡️ Take 2–3 quick steps back immediately
This creates space, gives you more time, and allows you to react to the smash.
🏓 Paddle Position = Control
• Keep your paddle low and out in front
• Don’t hold it high — that leads to balls flying long
Stay compact and ready to block.
🧱 Block, Don’t Swing
When under pressure:
➡️ Do not try to win the point
Just block the ball back.
Your goal is simple:
➡️ Make them hit one more ball
👥 Move With Your Partner
If you’re in trouble — your partner is too.
➡️ Both players move back
➡️ Both players get set
➡️ Both players defend together
Good teams defend as one.
🚦 Red Light vs Green Light
Red Light (Bad Shot):
➡️ Stay back and defend
➡️ Do NOT rush forward
Green Light (Good Shot):
➡️ Move forward
➡️ Take control of the kitchen
Know the difference — it changes everything.
⬆️3 Ways To Instantly Win More Defensive Points
Add Height — Buy Time
Out of position?
➡️ Hit the ball high and deep
This gives you time to recover and reset.
(Use it with purpose — not panic.)
🎯 Go Middle When in Trouble
Pulled out wide?
➡️ Hit to the middle
This neutralizes angles, reduces risk, and helps you recover positioning.
🔁 “Next Ball Back” Mentality
Say it out loud:
➡️ “Next ball back.”
That’s it.
Not perfect. Not aggressive.
Just in.
Most players lose points trying to hit the perfect defensive shot.
The best players?
They just make one more ball.
Remember:
You will get in trouble.
Everyone does.
But if you:
• Move back
• Block instead of swing
• Add height
• Go middle
• Focus on the next ball
You will win way more points than you should.
And that’s how you separate yourself from everyone else.
